UMTS TDD is better suited to deployment in slower mobility areas such as train stations,
hotels and offices. In these scenarios TDD offers higher data rates than FDD. Roke is a pioneer of TDD technology and the development of a picoNode B base station for Siemens was proposed. The unit is wall mounted and naturally convection cooled. |
